David Khumalo is a seasoned entrepreneur and businessman with both
local and international experience of over two decades in business. David is
the Group Executive Chairman and Founder of Waterfalls Group (Pty) Ltd
that was founded in 2001 in the heart of Braamfontein, Johannesburg,
South Africa that has since changed its name to His Royal Majesty Group.
He has been instrumental in driving economical radical transformation in
some parts of Africa.
Mr. Khumalo is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of Erisn Africa
and a Board Member of ErisnTech India, an International ICT Software
Development Company that is headquartered in India with branches
spanning across the globe in these following countries: Dubai, Singapore,
Philippines, Thailand, USA, London, Turkey and South Africa. He has been
the member of the board of directors of Erisn Global for over 5 years.
Mr Khumalo established Erisn Africa in South Africa following his technical
scouting of competent and tested IT specialists in India which now does the
full support to Erisn Africa. Mr. Khumalo is also the Group Executive
Director for Valo Smart City Africa a company headquartered in New York,
USA, that has since expanded into the Africa continent since the beginning
of 2023.
He has been involved in diverse sectors of industries including but not
limited to Mining and Commodities, Information & Technology,
Infrastructure Development, Public Private Partnerships, Renewable
Energy, Fuel and Gas just to mention a few.
Nomaqhawe Christel Mpala has 27 years of experience of
Construction Finance expertise, she is a Professional Quantity
Surveyor and Project Manager who has been involved in a wide range
of projects. On attaining her in Diploma Quantity Surveying in 1996
she did her internship on a Multi-Million Dollar Mall project with
Costain (Africa) Ltd. Being a goal driven person she pursued further
studies in a BSc in Quantity Surveying at the University of Cape in
1997 during which she worked part-time as a Construction
Supervisor/Manager on a luxurious turn-key housing development for
Century City, Cape Town. Upon graduation she enjoyed consulting at R
& M Registered Quantity Surveyors (2003). As an Associate Director of
several firms such as Maxima Global Engineering, Muhle Unlimited
Designs (Multi-Disciplinary Firm), Turner and Townsend, an
international cost management firm, she finally founded Qhawe
Quantity Surveyors in 2007, which to date has expanded and been
housed as a subsidiary under Qhawe Development Holdings. Her past
experience on huge projects such as Gautrain Rapid Link (R 4.2
Billion), Ohio Street Office Development, Tanzania ($US 25Million),
Refurbishment of South African Broadcasting Corporation (R112
Million), Lilongwe Mixed Use Precinct, in Malawi ($US 193Million),
Jabulani Mixed Use Development (R4.3 Billion), Programme
Management to the North West Department of Public Works
(NWDPW) R4.3 Billion Portfolio, gives Erisn Africa immense knowledge
and experience in her role as a Chief Financial Officer.
This wealth of Financial Expertise has brought her into collaboration
with Investment Firms which have initiated Property Development
bringing her portfolio to Billion Dollar Projects of Smart City
Integration. This incorporation brings Erisn Africa, Erisn LMS, Erisn
Academy and Erisn Communications the web of networks that tie
Property Development with the world of Technology as Africa boasts
into The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Phumelela Peace Mwelasi is a experienced Agricultural
Scientist/Plant Pathologist with a demonstrated history of
working in tertiary institutions. Skilled in Biological/Agricultural
Sciences. Agricultural Scientist professional with an Honours
Degree in Crop Science (University of Zimbabwe) and a
Master's Degree in Crop Protection (Course Work +
Dissertation) from Midlands State University, Zimbabwe.
Research interests include Mycology, Bacteriology,
Entomopathogens, Entomology; Biological Control, Molecular
Plant Pathology; Plant Medicine; Plant/Crop Protection,
Microbe-Microbe, Host-Microbe interactions, Data Science, and
Informatics for plant disease research. Enthusiast of
interdisciplinary science and other disciplines working towards
food security, human development and/or wellbeing.

Maropeng Linah Thaba is a highly motivated, efficient and reliable
individual with 15 years solid track record of sourcing new business and
working with companies across sectors to build finance capacity within
their organization. She holds BA Honours Degree in Business &
Management (MANCOSA); Diploma in IT programming (Falcon Business
Institute); Diploma in Business management and administration (Varsity
College); Diploma in Office Administration – Rosebank College. She also
boasts of being a marketing custodian as a Maropeng has worked as a
Business Development Consultant for Association of Chartered Certified
Accountant (ACCA) from 2012 to 2020. At ACCA she saw the
implementation of strategic marketing plans in order to contribute and
attract more customers for new commercial ventures.
To Erisn Africa, Maropeng brings a wealth of knowledge and vast
experience in Learnerships Administration through SETA for example
FASSET. Her knowledge and experience in administration of various
Educational Institutions streamlines. She also brings IT Programming
experience with extended knowledge of programming languages such as
JAVA, Python, C / C++ and R Language. She has set up LMS for various
institutions under ACCA and brings this wealth of knowledge. Her past
experience as a Student Enrolment Administrator for The Commerce Edge
Academy from 06 April 2010 – September 2012 gives Erisn LMS vast
experience of management and complete enrolment to CIPS of
prospective students she brings contributions of Managing the student
recruitment and exam enrolments, Managing the results and progression
reports, Managing the CRM system and exam Proctoring
Bonakele Mbonambi is a highly skilled and motivated
professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from MANCOSA - Management College of Southern
Africa. With over five years of experience in Administrator,
Bonakele has excelled in managing administrative tasks,
coordinating stakeholder meetings, and demonstrating
